MEET THE OWNER
I'm Lanny Ludden, the owner of Executive Lawn & Landscape, and I am so happy you're considering us for your lawn maintenance needs. I am a Christian, a veteran of the US Air Force, and a family man. There are a few things that make us different from our competitors:
- We value our customers and want them to be absolutely satisfied. That's why we offer a double money-back guarantee. If we cannot fix an issue to your satisfaction, we will pay a competitor of your choice to fix it.
- We are insured and bonded. Copies of insurance certificate and bond can be furnished upon request.
- We wear professional uniforms with our logo and name right on the front of the shirts so you always know who we are and why we're showing up.
- We weed-eat around every fence, shrub, light post, and anywhere else our mowers won't reach.
- Your lawn will be edged every service.
- We will blow all concrete and hard surfaces clean of grass clippings.We also offer bagging as an upgrade.
- We will ensure that your gate is locked and secured, fill up your dog's water bowl if we see that it's low, and if there is a garbage can out by the road that needs to be brought back to the house we will do that too.
- Your lawn will always be cut on a specified schedule. If there is ever a need to deviate from this schedule, you will receive a text alert update and email update.
